Your Circle of Excellence trip inclusions are for you and three guests. If you would like, you may buy in additional guests at your own expense. You may sign up for these additional guests during registration.
Airfare costs for additional guests are a personal expense and will not be paid by LexisNexis Risk Solutions. The service fee for booking flights through LexisNexis Risk Solutions Travel Headquarters is $25 per ticket.
All changes and cancellations to additional guests’ air travel arrangements after booking are a personal expense.
A maximum of five people is allowed in a double-bedded room. All charges associated with room occupancy for additional guests sharing your room are included in the buy-in fee listed above.
If you book a second room for your additional guests, the cost is $426 per night, plus tax (double occupancy), and is based upon availability. These charges will be at your own expense to be paid upon checkout.
All costs for additional guests will be charged to your credit card on Monday, July 1. If you change or cancel after Friday, July 7, the costs are nonrefundable and a personal expense.
